Allen Highnote, President
Allen started NoteworthyIT while attending college in 1983. At the time his clients were the local university and a small software developer and systems integrator. He helped write and test systems for municipalities, lawyers, insurance agencies, and several banks. He was fortunate enough to work on many hardware and software projects at the university. One of his favorite jobs was the configuration and maintenance of the university’s Prime super-minicomputer between semesters. This is where his love of hardware began. Over the last thirty years he’s worked with such companies as Mequire’s, Kenwood, Molson Coors, USC, UCLA, and FHP Healthcare.
Jessica Castillo, Administration
Her interest in learning how businesses run from the inside out has turned her into a walking sponge. Although her official title is Administrative Assistant, she has been part of Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting and everything in-between that is needed for NoteworthyIT’s success. Working close with the President, she is able to see and be a part of the first-hand strategic decision making at NoteworthyIT. She is grateful to be part of the continuous growth process and with each experience she takes away that little something that allows her to grow professionally.
Outside of NoteworthyIT, Jessica spends her free time with her family and fiancé. On weekends she enjoys baking and cooking new recipes. She is currently in the process of planning her wedding and she is excited to see what the future brings.
