Step 1: Technology Inventory
During this phase, a NoteworthyIT technician will inventory and evaluate your network infrastructure including servers, routers, internet connectivity, desktops, printers, and software. During this time we work with your key personnel so that we can gain a thorough understanding of your existing issues as well as current and future technology requirements.

Step 2: Design and Recommendations
In this step we analyze the information obtained in Step 1 and put together an a detailed set of recommendations for the next phase, including cost and time frame estimates.

Step 3: Implementation
Once our recommendations are reviewed, NoteworthyIT works with you to determine which aspects of the project will be implemented. Based on this, NoteworthyIT creates an Implementation Plan and assigns appropriate technical staff to complete the project.

Step 4: Monitoring and Maintenance
After the network is in place NoteworthyIT can monitor your network 24x7x365. This monitoring can discover problems that may have otherwise gone undetected until it was too late — one example being a backup that consistently fails due to an unavailable resource. Additionally, once a network is up and running operating systems and software must be kept up-to-date with current software updates. We insure that all servers, desktops, routers, and phone systems have the latest patches so that they will continue to run as smooth as possible.
